Learning theory research tells us that there's three things that it takes to learn something quickly:
First, break it down. You gotta break it down into chunks. You have to build block after block after block in practice in order to get a full experience of learning something quickly.
The second thing you need is a safe supportive space to practice in. It's gotta have pressure. It's gotta be hard, but it also has to be supportive, so you keep going!
Third, you need expert, honest, but supportive feedback. A coach! Someone who will help you, who can see the things that you can't see. That's what we provide at Remarkable Speaking.
