Coaching for Professional Development & Team Building 6:2:6 CORPORATE TRAINING

This program is designed for teams and staff development for interoffice, hybrid and WFH collaborations. In this course teams will develop communications skills to better engage in cross collaboration projects, improve selling and presentation techniques, and gain leadership skills to drive project success with ownership. Teams will master skills to answer tough, on the spot questions with confidence and effectiveness. Cohorts are limited to 6 participants for the best learning environment to get hands-on training with audience participation. In addition, participants get access to our bi-monthly interactive workshops, 24/7 access to online training tools and customized exercises designed to maximize efficiency impact on the job.
